Thank you for considering membership with our organization.

Membership fees are $15.00 per year. The fees collected are used to support our organization in achieving the vision of creating an environment where persons with FASD and their families recognize themselves as safe, supported, valued and contributing members of the community.

Membership is open to anyone who supports the vision and work of our organization. As a parent-led organization we encourage membership from birth, foster and adoptive parents. All parent members are regular members and have the right to vote and become elected to our board of directors. We encourage associate membership of other family members, professionals and the public. Your support is appreciated.

All members receive an information package containing:

• FASD: A Guide to Awareness and Understanding
• A complete set of FASD Pictorial Tips
• Network Poster
• Living with FASD

Through the year members receive new materials as they are created, a second issue of Living with FASD, four issues of Network News, information about new resources and notices of upcoming events and training.

Becoming a member is simple! Just fill out our membership form and send it to the following address with a cheque or money order in the amount of $15.00.
