We are glad you stopped in to visit the FASD Support Network of Saskatchewan online! Take a few minutes to look around. You can download resources by clicking on the Network Resources tab. Here you will find the entire set of 20 FASD Tips, past issues of Network News and a Question and Answer section. The questions come directly from the experiences of individuals and families living with FASD so you might find them very helpful. We are just in the process of adding 10 issues of our twice yearly publication Living with FASD. You can download each issue by clicking on the titles below. If the issue is not available, check back in a day or two. The FASD Support Network of Saskatchewan recently implemented a province-wide FASD Resource Kit Campaign. With funds available through the Public Health Agency of Canada, this project was a perfect opportunity to share excellent resources and information about FASD with people from all regions of our province. The Network provided the FASD Resource Kits to targeted agencies from the health, education, employment, justice, social services, disability and family support sectors. We know that individuals and families living with FASD access services and support from a broad range of sectors and that many groups are working hard to learn more about FASD. This campaign allowed us to give them more tools to do this well.
Click HERE to see a list of the resources that we selected for this campaign. Once again, we acknowledge the financial support from the Public Health Agency of Canada.
